In the event of any damages, we kindly request that you reach out to Katerina on 0434 724 569 within 24hours window. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In its original packaging, and you must provide accompanying photographs, receipt or proof of purchase to email.
Failure to notify us of any damages within 24 hours timeframe will void the exchange process.
Once we have received your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. our shipping costs are non-refundable.
